Lazy Civil 3D Command: NOTES

kick it on CadKicks.com

I like the NOTES command in Civil 3D. I found out about it from Map 3D and Murphs Law.

The command allows you to select more than one object at a time to add notes. However if you only select one object, you can also attach documents and images to that object. The downside is that there is nothing that indicates there are notes attached to an object. The only way to find out is to type NOTESĀ and click each object to check. I think it may be useful for certain situations, especially if your company agrees upon a standard to attaching notes/documents/images to certain objects.
